From the book; Antidepressants, Antipsychotics, and Stimulants by Dr. David W. Tanton, Ph.D.
Over half of Americans are on at least one prescription medication, and most are elderly. Many are on multiple medications, which can interact with each other and cause more issues.
We also know that deficiencies in the vitamins listed above make you more susceptible to disease, increase the severity of illness, and increase the risk of death.
It’s past time we talk about WHY Americans aren’t healthy.
We’ve got to quit band-aiding dis-ease and get to the root cause.
No more “a pill for every ill”!
We need to focus on diet, movement, sleep, stress management, lifestyle, and toxin exposure before we just start taking multiple medications with all sorts of risks and side effects.
